As a part of its Social and Health Care Group, each associated member has to adhere to the Code of Professional Practice (of their sector) and pass their Compliance Test every two years to continue the membership.

The REC is affiliated to the NHS Employer’s National Agency and Temporary Staffing Strategic Forum, the Department of Health’s National Procurement Council and the Local Government Association’s Employer Standards Advisory Group.
